Terms & Conditions

1 Definition
In this agreement unless otherwise stated:
1.1 ”Goods” shall mean the Goods described on our website.
1.2 “Outstanding balance” shall mean all amounts payable under this agreement less any amount paid
1.3 singular words shall include the plural and vice versa
1.4 “Company”, “we”, “our” and “us” all refer to Adrian Bending or www.adrianbending.com

2 Price
The sum payable by the Customer to us for the Goods supplied under this agreement.

3 Payment terms
3.1 Payment is to be made in full at order placement.
3.2 Monies are only to be transferred using Pay Pal unless alternative written permission has been granted by us. Payment will only be deemed to be received by us when credited to our account.

4 Title to the Goods
The Goods shall remain the property of Adrian Bending until all monies payable by you under this agreement have been paid.

5 Delivery
5.1 The goods will be dispatched according to the option chosen by you at the time of ordering.
5.2 Delivery options are:
UK Standard: Royal Mail First Class
UK Confirmed: A signature on delivery
International Standard: Standard delivery
International Signed: Tracked in the UK with a signature taken on delivery
5.2 We aim to dispatch Goods within five (5) business days from the point of order but reserve the right to amend this time frame at any point due to unforeseen circumstances.
5.3 Please ensure you supply us with the correct postal delivery address. If the package is undeliverable due to Customer error, the Customer will be responsible for all incurred charges.
5.4 Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the Goods are delivered to the Customer’s nominated address, whereupon the risks of loss and all damage and all other risks pass to the customer.

6 Return of Goods
If you are not satisfied with the Goods, you may return them to the us for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions of this clause.
6.1 You must notify us in writing or email within ten (10) business days of the receipt date.
6.2 If you fail to comply with clause 6.1 above you will be deemed to have accepted the Goods and you will not have the right to return them or obtain a refund.
6.3 Goods returned to us under this clause must be delivered to us carriage and insurance pre-paid.
6.4 Goods returned to us must be unused and in original packaging or suitably protected against damage during postage/transport.

7 General conditions
7.1 We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
7.2 We are not responsible for any external websites linked to adrianbending.com

7.3 Where, in spite of reasonable efforts we are unable to perform an obligation due to force majeure, we shall not be deemed to be in breach of contract with the Customer.
7.4 No part of these terms and conditions affects the customers’ statutory rights.
7.5 Adrian Bending owns the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material and content in the book “Bending Bach’s Basslines”, the accompanying CD, and the website www.adrianbending.com
